Executive DirectorInnovative Housing Concepts (IHC), formerly known as the Englewood Housing Authority, was established in 1972 by resolution of the Englewood City Council. IHC is committed to expanding access to safe, stable, and affordable housing for low- and moderate-income individuals and families through public housing, Housing Choice Vouchers, and community-based housing initiatives. Reporting to the Board of Commissioners, you provide vision, financial stewardship, and organizational leadership to advance affordable housing solutions across the community. You bring a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) and 10+ years of experience in affordable housing, real estate, or community development - balancing long-range planning with hands-on execution. If you are ready to bring your expertise to this highly visible role, let's talk!You value: Mission-Driven Accountability, Community and Operational ExcellenceSpend your days:Providing strategic vision, operational leadership, and financial oversight in support of our affordable housing missionSetting organizational strategy and executing long-range and business plans in partnership with the Board of CommissionersLeading a multidisciplinary team with a focus on performance, accountability, and professional developmentWorking closely with the Financial Services Manager, developing and managing agency budgets, including securing diverse funding streams grants, financing and equityAdvancing housing development and preservation, managing complex transactions using LIHTC, RAD, and other financing toolsLeading compliance and operational efficiency, serving as the point of contact for PHA softwareRepresenting the authority publicly, building partnerships with governments, developers, funders, Colorado Housing and Finance Authority and community stakeholdersWhat you'll bring to the table:Bachelor's degree in public or business administration, urban planning, or finance a master's degree or completion of the PHA Executive Director program highly desired!Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of formal educational degrees10+ years of experience in a non-profit, public sector, or quasi-governmental agency affordable housing, real estate or community developmentAt least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership roleDeep, hands-on expertise in affordable housing programs, including HUD, HCV, RAD, LIHTC, HOME, and CDBGProven high Human Resources acumen with the ability to build relationships and teamsDemonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage staff while building a high-performance, mission-aligned culture your people will follow you anywhereProven experience managing multiple complex initiatives from concept to completion identifying and evaluation complex issues, generating alternatives and making timely decisionsTechnically savvy with proficiency in PHA management software we use YardiConfident and elegant communication style with the ability to articulate ideas to governments, developers, financial partners and non-profitsYou'll enjoy:Salary $120,000 - $160,000 commensurate with experienceFull suite of benefitsIncredible opportunity for continued professional developmentGoldstone Partners is helping this mission-driven organization find a leader who wants to be part of something that truly matters.
