Senior Security Manager For Product Security It SystemsAs a Senior Security Manager for Product Security IT Systems, you will be a technical leader who delivers complex projects with multi-department dependencies and evolving requirements. You'll lead and enhance our product security IT infrastructure administration, operational processes, and compliance controls.You will lead a team of individual contributors who administer and operationalize product security IT systems, ensuring reliable service delivery to end users while maintaining security controls and meeting service SLAs. In this role, you'll build a comprehensive Product Security IT Service Management (ProdSec - ITSM) program and processes to design, deliver, manage, and improve security services that align with business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and enhance user satisfaction.Your responsibilities will include overseeing system administration, service delivery, and incident, change, and problem management processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish operational standards, define service delivery expectations, and ensure seamless integration across departments.The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to drive security initiatives that support business goals while maintaining the highest standards of security protection for our patients, employees, and organization.Primary DutiesBuild a high performing team by hiring and nurturing security talent.Strong technical leadership - drive technical solutioning and building roadmaps to reduce or manage security risk.Set aggressive and clear goals and remove all roadblocks for the team to achieve them.Working seamlessly and collaboratively with stakeholders across Aledade to achieve business outcomes.Work closely with other leaders to drive excellence in our processes and systems.Minimum QualificationsBS (or higher) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering.10+ years of experience in Information Technology and Security5+ years of building and leading highly complex teamsPreferred KSA'sYou have experience in attracting, hiring, and coaching world-class engineers including performance managementYou have experience in taking ownership of the technology decisions, while delegating and empowering team members.You have experience communicating analysis and establishing confidence among audiences who do not share your disciplinary background or training.You have strong communication and relationship building skills, with experience influencing and aligning multiple stakeholdersDomain Specific KSAsProduct Security Operations-Programming and Scripting Experience (Python, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, Ruby, Go).Experience managing and supervising Senior System Administrators or System Engineers.Experience building roadmaps that deliver IT Service Management best practices and operationalize security-oriented services.Experience building programs to successfully administer critical production cloud-based systems requiring continuous uptime.Experience with secure configuration, troubleshooting, and system hardening of security IT systems (preferred: ISPM, IAM, CI/CD tools, SAST scanners, DSPM, or DLP).Experience building automation for service requests (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow).Experience building robust change management programs with change advisory boards for heavily regulated industries.Knowledge of process automation or AI enablement to reduce administrative time on repeatable tasks and basic decision support activities.Experience managing control evidence for compliance audits (SOX or SOC2).Experience with cloud security and infrastructure as code.Physical RequirementsSitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard.
