As part of the revitalized Book Tower, Hiroki-San plays a key role in Detroit's evolving culinary landscape, offering guests an elevated yet welcoming dining experience that blends authenticity, precision, and modern hospitality.Position SummaryThe General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational excellence, and financial performance of Hiroki-San. This role oversees all front-of-house operations while working in close partnership with culinary leadership to ensure service, hospitality, and execution align with the restaurant's vision and standards.
