We care deeply for our customers and passionately believe there is a better way for employees to receive health benefits from their organization.Job SummaryAs Launch Director, you are the bridge between our Growth teams and Operations organization. The Launch Director will work with Account Executives to understand outstanding customer opportunities and build the process and structure to make sure we transition those opportunities through our implementation pipeline. The Launch Director will identify weakness, or blindspots, in the engagement process and work to bring accountability and structure to our growth team as we look to fill gaps that ensure a smooth launch and implementation. In this role you need confidence to engage the sales team as they walk through solutions and the organization to work with operations to both prepare them and build the necessary framework to support solutions.Launch ResponsibilitiesProvide expert knowledge of our services to our clientsServe as an ambassador for Remodel HealthDrive to continually improve our internal processes for client experienceUtilize project management skills to ensure accurate completion of onboarding tasksForward facing field representative for onboarding (Travel Expected)Onboard multiple organizations and manage the details of each every monthBe the first point of contact for new clientsTrack and ensure all documentation is submitted and processed during onboardingDevelop and maintain relationships with both administrators and employeesManage daily tasks to prioritize time-sensitive issuesGrowth Liaison ResponsibilitiesCommunicate weekly with Account Executives to understand their current proposed solutions (What part of the process?)Identify implementation weaknessesWork with VP of Sales to build new processes to ensure successful implementationPrepare operations for complex solutions and work with them to build out processes to best prepare them to implement solutions.Support account executives, strategically using him to fill gaps and build structure needed for successful implementation.Manage Launch team, as launch coordinators are addedReport regularly to the VP of Sales identified system weaknesses.
