Senior Project ManagerTurningPoint is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a federal enterprise systems deployment and operational transition. This role is responsible for overall project execution, integrated scheduling, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication across technical, security, and operational workstreams. While wireless telecom experience is not required, familiarity with telecom or mobility programs is a plus.Location: Rockville, MD with ability to work on client site as needed in Washington, DC.Clearance: Active U.S. Secret (or higher) Security Clearance is required to start.Typical Impacts Include:Provide end-to-end project management support for a federal systems implementation and operational delivery engagementCoordinate activities across systems integration, configuration, security authorization, and operational process definition effortsRapidly assess and understand current-state government workflows and business processesSupport systems engagement projects involving enterprise platforms, integrations, and process transformation.Manage and maintain the integrated project schedule, ensuring alignment across technical and operational workstreamsFacilitate weekly status and governance meetings with government stakeholdersProduce and deliver weekly project status reports and executive-level updatesWhat We're Looking For:Active U.S. Secret (or higher) Security Clearance is required to start.At least seven (7) years of project management experience, including federal or large enterprise programsDemonstrated experience managing systems implementation and systems integration projectsStrong understanding of business process analysis and workflow-driven implementationsProven ability to manage cross-functional technical and operational teamsExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.Experience supporting federal IT modernization or system implementation initiativesFamiliarity with security authorization (ATO) processesExposure to telecom, mobility, or IT service management programsWhat's In It For You?Competitive salary with annual performance bonus, and annual merit increases.Comprehensive health benefits fully funded by the company for employees.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off plus holidays.Professional development opportunities.A collaborative and inclusive work culture.In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $135,000 to $150,000.
