Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the Extended School Year (ESY) program from June 15, 2026, to July 26, 2026, in Elgin, IL. This opportunity is ideal for licensed SLPs with certification (SLP - CCC or SLP - School) interested in providing services to students from early childhood through 12th grade. The role requires in-person attendance and offers multiple positions. Key Responsibilities:Deliver speech-language services to students with diverse needs during the ESY program.Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with student goals.Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to support student progress.Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies. Qualifications:Valid Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL).Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC or SLP - School certification).Experience working with early childhood to 12th-grade populations preferred.Ability to work Monday through Thursday, 8:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. (first and last day end time at 3:15 p.m.).Availability for in-person work at the Elgin location. Schedule and Details:Contract period: June 15, 2026, to July 26, 2026.Monday through Thursday.Service hours: 8:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.; first and last days end at 3:15 p.m.In-person attendance required.Positions pending SLPA and CF approval.
