Part Delivery Associate

Join our team as a Part Delivery Associate, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our professional customers receive their parts and products efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Drive company vehicles to deliver parts and products, maintaining safety and efficiency at all times. Utilize delivery fleet management devices for processing deliveries, capturing customer signatures, performing daily vehicle inspections, and updating vehicle mileage. Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of delivery vehicles, conducting daily inspections prior to use. Safeguard delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet cards, and cash collected at all times. Pick up customer returns, including warranty and core items, and accurately fill out driver return slips. Communicate customer needs and concerns to store management effectively. Report any vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or damages to the store manager immediately. Ensure vehicles are fueled and securely locked at the end of each business day. Adhere to company policy when clocking in and out. Assist with additional duties as needed, including customer service, stocking, merchandising, and running errands. Occasionally assist customers and serve as a cashier when business dictates. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to adapt to dynamic delivery situations effectively. Driving record must align with the company's established standards. A valid state driver's license and compliance with company driving eligibility requirements are mandatory. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with automotive parts is a plus. Experience in operating light store equipment. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is highly desirable.
