We are proud to offer a specialized adult residential treatment program for those confronting Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction, located in West Linn, Oregon. We are looking for a Clinical Dietitian to join our passionate team at Monte Nido. As a key member of both the leadership and clinical teams, you will work closely with various disciplines to ensure the utmost quality of care for our clients. With these core values, we help clients progress from initial food relationship repair to enjoying a fulfilling recovered life. Our HAES-informed nutritional care includes: Recognizing that healthy individuals come in diverse shapes and sizes. Affirming that all bodies deserve nourishment and the experience of satiety. Emphasizing behavior-focused philosophies instead of weight-centric ones. Understanding that weight loss attempts are counterproductive for recovery from eating disorders. Creating accessible kitchen and food environments that feel homelike. Join us for a fulfilling career with an array of comprehensive benefits, including: Competitive compensation. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Retirement plans. Company-paid life insurance, AD&D, and short-term disability. Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Health Savings Account (HSA). Generous paid time off. Opportunities for professional development. And much more! We are committed to fostering a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive fair consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status. Responsibilities: Oversee all meals prepared for clients and maintain proper documentation. Ensure all nutritional services adhere to established standards and regulations. Conduct nutrition assessments and monitor client nutrition intake. Collaborate with the treatment team on developing individualized Master Treatment Plans. Qualifications: Master's degree in Nutrition or a related human services field. At least one year of experience in healthcare; psychiatric settings preferred. Holds current Registered Dietitian credentials. Must obtain CPR/BLS certification before starting work. Strong computer skills. A passion for excellence in helping clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Join us in making a difference at Monte Nido!
