We are currently looking for a Maintenance Specialist to be part of our team at Legends at Berry, a 241-unit apartment community in St. Paul, MN. Position Overview: As a Maintenance Specialist, you will ensure the property is well-maintained and visually appealing, contributing to an exceptional living experience for our residents. Key Responsibilities: Regularly inspect property and identify areas in need of repair or maintenance. Address work requests for both common areas and individual apartment units. Perform preventive maintenance tasks across the property. Evaluate and fix appliances as necessary. Prepare vacant apartments for incoming residents. Participate in occasional on-call responsibilities (additional compensation provided for calls after regular hours). Ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications: 1-2 years of maintenance experience preferred. Basic understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, and painting is necessary. HVAC and EPA certifications are a plus. CPO certification is also preferred. A valid driver's license and insurance may be required. Compensation: $22 - $24/hour based on experience + potential 5% bonus.
