About the Role: As a Flexo Press Operator, you will be a key player in the production of high-quality printed labels. Your responsibilities will include monitoring production quality and press conditions to ensure we meet customer expectations consistently. Your Responsibilities: Adhere to all safety rules and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report safety concerns to your supervisor promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workspace. Complete make-ready procedures according to job specifications, including selecting the right print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and anilox rollers. Perform quality checks throughout the production process to uphold product standards. Operate the press efficiently while minimizing waste and maximizing quality. Ensure ongoing quality during production runs, focusing on critical aspects such as copy, color, registration, and ink adhesion. Follow all procedures and quality measures as outlined in BRC standards. Conduct routine equipment maintenance and perform necessary cleaning and lubrication. Accurately input information regarding material usage and production times into the GlobeTek system. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED is required.
