Required to have at least 3 months of verifiable driving experience. Assess earnings per trip based on dispatched miles at rates from $.54 to $.60 CPM, depending on route and experience. No more than 1 on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years; no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years. No more than 2 moving violations within the last 2 years. No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years, or 10 years if it occurred while holding a CDL. Must pass a DOT physical and drug test; no drug-related convictions within the past 5 years, or 10 years if CDL was held. Not eligible to hire if a SAP driver.
