Your Responsibilities: Conduct thorough home inspections from attic to crawl space. Build trust with customers by clearly communicating your findings and recommending the best treatment options. Close sales by highlighting the value of Orkin’s services. Manage your appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad. Work independently and maximize leads and self-generated opportunities. Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity. What Awaits You: Top Earning Potential: Average first-year earnings between $70,000 and $100,000 (base + commission) Uncapped Commission: The more you sell, the more you earn. Company Vehicle: Includes a gas card. Paid Training: No prior pest control experience is needed; we provide comprehensive training. Not be afraid of climbing, crawling, or working in various weather conditions. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be comfortable using a ladder safely within the manufacturer's weight capacity. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Capable of safely accessing crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and confined spaces. Willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.
