In this pivotal role, you will independently provide exceptional support for our Endoscopy department by managing Fujifilm's ES equipment and leveraging your expertise to troubleshoot and train staff on its proper handling. You will deliver on-site, hands-on client support across our entire product catalog for assigned customers, acting as the primary clinical resource for both the Company and its sales team. Gain further job satisfaction by actively partnering with healthcare staff, including physicians and nurses, to assist in efficiently managing and maintaining their Fujifilm equipment. Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the primary resource for providing continuous training and education on Fujifilm's equipment and services for our customers in the region. Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support, including setup and support for Fujifilm video towers and systems. Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm equipment while monitoring, reporting, and supporting repair transactions. Conduct case observations and provide ongoing staff training on Fujifilm technologies and comprehensive support. Manage daily maintenance of the client's Fujifilm equipment and identify opportunities for process improvements. Serve as a clinical liaison by preparing detailed reports for senior management, tracking installation and usage metrics, and identifying staff training needs. Analyze data to present insights that foster optimal staff training and inform strategic planning. Maintain accurate customer data for future integration into database applications. Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols and comply with FDA and ISO 13485 standards. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related quantitative field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience or field sales is preferred. Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy is desired, with experience in advanced therapeutic procedures highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and effective communication skills for technical information sharing with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot Fujifilm equipment and determine training needs. Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and capacity to prioritize customer requirements. Ability to present information effectively in small group settings. Physical Requirements: Ability to manipulate items and use hands for tasks including typing. Ability to stand, talk, and hear. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs. Close vision capability to see clearly at twenty inches or less. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Position requires travel to and service of the entire region, including Kansas City, Missouri. Salary and Benefits: $59,000 annual salary, with an additional $8,000 KPI bonus and a company car.
