Director of Human Resources and Payroll

Description: LADC is seeking a strategic and mission-driven Director of Human Resources and Payroll to spearhead all facets of human resources and payroll operations within our organization. This pivotal role involves crafting and implementing HR strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing organizational culture, and managing meticulous payroll administration. Key Responsibilities: Lead human resources initiatives with a focus on strategic growth Oversee all payroll and compensation functions ensuring accuracy and timeliness Manage compliance and risk management to protect the organization Requirements: Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience. 3+ years in managing payroll operations. Solid understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and staff supervision. Preferred: Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR. Experience in nonprofit or multi-site organizations. Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems, particularly Paylocity.
