About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and provide vital in-home ABA therapy services to children and their families. In this role, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in the comfort of their homes, assisting in the implementation of tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering skill development and reducing undesired behaviors. You will be supported by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) throughout your journey. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and focused 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes. Effectively execute individualized treatment plans crafted by supervising BCBAs. Accurately gather and report data on client progress and session outcomes. Engage in required training and supervision sessions to enhance your skills. Communicate openly with families and collaborate with supervising clinicians. High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills. Comfortable working independently in various home settings. Must be able to pass a background check. Prior experience in ABA therapy or with children with autism or developmental delays is desired. Familiarity with home-based service delivery is a plus.
