Board Certified Dermatology Position Highlights: Position: NSH MDG Board Certified Dermatology Location: 71 Waukegan Rd Lake Bluff, IL / Arlington Heights Full Time: 40 hours per week (32 bookable hours) Sign on Bonus: (If eligible) $25,000 CME: $3,500/year for 1.0 FTE. The CME allowance would be prorated for a reduced FTE. The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures. Qualifications: Minimum Education Level: Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required. Minimum Licensure Requirements: Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois. Minimum Certification Requirements: Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise.
