The Medical Director will oversee the clinical operations of the assigned practice and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Job Description: Compensation : $200000 - $225000 Job ID : 36416 Job Function:Lead and supervise all medical providers at your assigned site.Conduct bi-annual and annual performance evaluations of medical providers.Monitor provider productivity, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance.Hold monthly provider meetings and participate in leadership meetings.Oversee training programs, student rotations, and research initiatives as needed.Collaborate with nursing, social work, and administrative staff on hiring, evaluations, and quality reviews.Maintain open communication with regional leadership and attend medical leadership and meetings. Job Requirements:1 year of experience practicing Primary Care in a leadership capacity.Valid NY State Medical License.Board Certified in Family Medicine.Current BCLS certification.Current DEA Certificate.
