Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences.Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Package Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors Talent Management, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions that establish key business capabilities and enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management. Your primary responsibilities will include:• Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management modules such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruitment Mgt, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, and LMS.• Conduct Requirements Analysis: Conduct requirements analysis to understand client business needs and translate them into functional solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management.• Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on SuccessFactors Talent Management tools to ensure successful adoption and utilization.• Stay Up-to-Date with New Features: Stay current with new features and releases of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules to maintain expertise and deliver high-quality solutions.• Troubleshoot and Implement: Troubleshoot and implement key Talent Management modules to ensure seamless execution and delivery.This Job can be Performed from anywhere in the US.Required technical and professional expertise• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruitment Mgt, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, and LMS.• Talent Management Solution Design: Experience in designing and deploying HR technology solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management to establish key business capabilities and enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements.• Requirements Analysis and Translation: Experience with conducting requirements analysis to understand client business needs and translating them into functional solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management.• Talent Management Module Implementation: Experience in implementing and troubleshooting key Talent Management modules, including Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Career Development Planning.• Training and Support Delivery: Experience in providing training and support to clients on SuccessFactors Talent Management tools to ensure successful adoption and utilization.Preferred technical and professional experience• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules beyond the core set, including advanced features and functionalities.• Talent Management Solution Optimization: Experience in optimizing HR technology solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management to improve business outcomes and strategic initiatives.• Advanced Talent Management Module Knowledge: Experience with advanced configurations and implementations of key Talent Management modules, including Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Career Development Planning.IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
