As aYork Factory DirectHVAC Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring HVAC contractors satisfaction.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makersDevelop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and client retentionConduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and address any concernsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolve any issuesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accountsNegotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clientsMonitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and insights to managementStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clientsParticipate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and identify potential leadsMaintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities, and account updates in the CRM systemQualificationsRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of HVAC Branch or Account management sales experience (outside sales not required)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsProficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to travel within the assigned territory as needed (75% travel)Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in developing and maintaining long-term client relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightsSelf-motivated with a high energy level and desire to achieve goals beyond what is requiredProven ability to operate effectively across both sales and operationsUnderstanding of principles and processes for providing best-in-class customer serviceBusiness acumen including sales forecasting, opportunity management, and customer planningAbility to adapt to and communicate effectively in today's technologically driven business environmentExcellent time management and prioritization skillsAdditional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
