Project Specialist U.S. Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Project Specialist with solid project management and excellent project communication experience to contribute toward the success of our initiatives. Assists project managers and/or project teams in many aspects of project management including planning, tracking, reporting, documentation, communication, and issue resolution under guidance. May work on projects of varying degrees of complexity. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, and manages project meetings. Identifies and resolves project issues. Other duties may include: provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services; coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements; and composes correspondence and other documentation as needed. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience At least 1 year experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling projects. Preferred Skills/Experience: Basic understanding in: project office/administration, project planning and organization, banking industry and bank systems (Hogan, etc.), Excel, PowerPoint Location expectations: This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
