Strategic Planning And Performance Consultant The Platform Strategy and Operations team (PSOT) is focused on optimizing platform solutions (Salesforce, Pega, etc.) and maximizing value across the enterprise. The Strategic Planning and Performance Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, Product Management. In this role you will partner with Product teams to define and track key metrics and create governance standards including dashboards, etc. to monitor and communicate team performance, serve as a creative resource to communicate team value, partner with PSOT managers to enhance strategic vendor relationships, and contribute to Artificial Intelligence and automation initiatives. Responsibilities In this role, you will: Be responsible for planning and implementation of moderately complex projects Recommend effective action plans based on key business issues and implements to successful conclusion Be responsible for facilitating annual strategic planning process Assist financial partners to complete business planning and forecasting Assist in overseeing budget planning as part of the annual budget cycle Create communications and manage content for internal and external audiences Ideate campaigns to market team strategies Plan periodic business reviews for internal stakeholders and vendor executives Drive and facilitate knowledge sharing activities on behalf of team Qualifications In this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least 7 years of prior relevant experience Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at the executive level Proficiency in MS office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Basic understanding of business measurements including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI) Knowledge of healthcare industry desired Business understanding of Salesforce and/or Pega solutions desired This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week. Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
