Location: Chino, CA Hourly Rate: $33 - $38/hr Responsible for the warehousing, repair, and shipping management of reverse engineering products, ensuring customer experience by meeting SLA requirements Familiar with the structure of small appliances, motors, or batteries, possessing proficient tool usage and hands-on skills Has some experience in disassembly, refurbishment, and return processing, standardizing the disassembly process for returned parts, maximizing the extraction of core components, establishing spare parts inventory, and improving spare parts turnover efficiency Responsible for new product introduction training, and classifying products as new, good, bad, or scrap At least 2 years of experience in overseas warehouse reverse engineering or electronic product after-sales repair management Strong on-site scheduling ability, able to efficiently manage technicians and foreign workers Bilingual in Chinese and English
