Job Title Speech Language Pathologist Job Description The Speech Language Pathologist provides inpatient acute care services and is a vital member of a multidisciplinary team providing advanced, high quality healthcare. Responsibilities Inpatient services of cardiac, orthopedic, neurologic, vascular, pulmonary and medical-surgical patients Educate patient and family members Work with interdisciplinary team for plan of care Knowledge of hospital, Joint Commission, state and federal guidelines Requirements MBS (Modified Barium Swallow) required NYS SLP license and registration Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology Strong communication skills 1-2 years experience required preferably in a hospital setting Posted Salary Range USD $66.78 - USD $66.78 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
