Job Description: Our client is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for specialized sales roles within a niche industrial market. This individual will play a key role in identifying top talent, partnering with hiring leaders, and driving efficient recruitment strategies in a metrics-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from kickoff meetings through offer acceptance Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing plans Develop candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, networking, and recruiting tools Conduct candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and overall fit Schedule interviews and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders Track recruiting activity and performance within an applicant tracking system Support hiring across multiple technical business segments Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining quality standards Qualifications: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience supporting outside sales hiring is highly preferred Exposure to industrial environments such as manufacturing, distribution, automation, construction, engineering, or similar fields High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Perks: Clear career progression with opportunities for advancement into senior and leadership roles Potential access to a commission-based structure tied to performance Established organization with a long-standing industry presence and continued expansion Team-focused culture with employee appreciation events, seasonal celebrations, and engagement activities
