Then we would love to have you join us!The Role:The Administrative Assistant, Field Sales supports The National Business Directors for Hematology, Gynecological Oncology, and Head and Neck.This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtimeResponsibilities:Schedule appointments, meetings and conferences, travel accommodations and prepare travel itineraries and documentsNegotiate with vendors and review contracts for event planningKeep record of standard correspondence for review, and prepare replies to routine inquiries using standardized formats, referring complex inquiries to managerManage telephone calls/voicemail activity and communicate messages when neededPrepare and manage T&E expense reports and summariesProvide general administrative support; ordering office supplies, coordinating with third party vendor, organize office moves, coordinate with facilitiesLiase with HR in regard to onboarding/offboardingCollaborate within a team of Admin Assistants to help with organizational projects as neededIncrease accountability of Business Teams through active Action Item and Responsible Employee Capture during Team meetingsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent education3+ years in administration related field Demonstrated written and oral communication skillsExperience of working with tools like Word, Outlook, Skype for Business, SharePoint etc.Work arrangement: This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%-40% of a typical schedule. Employees may use this work schedule in increments of single days or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not exceed 40% within a 60-day period, and is approved by the hiring manager.For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:$72,240.00---$108,360.00The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
