Location: South East US (Texas- Florida and in between)Company: A Degree AboveBenefits & PerksWe currently offer 4 paid holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.We are actively working toward introducing a full benefits package in the coming year and appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsPlan job site logistics and electrical installationsTroubleshoot electrical systems and resolve field issuesEnsure proper testing and commissioning of systemsEnsure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local building codesUphold company standards for professionalism, customer service, and technical performanceSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certification in refrigeration preferred.A minimum of 3 years of Electrical experienceA valid Journeyman or Wireman Electrician LicenseStrong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codesProficiency in reading blueprints and technical documentation related to Electrical systems.Excellent mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standardsLicensing and Certifications Required to be on Jobsite:CrewState Licensing, Wireman, Journeymen, Apprentice with 5 Years Experience or more. (Ex: TDLR)Required Certifications (Ex., LOTO, OSHA 10, Aerial Lift).Foreman RolesAll of the Above plus OSHA 30 & AED/CPR/First Aid Training - Can acquire within 30 days of employment.Additional Benefits:Per Diem: $75 per dayHousing : Provided by CompanyTransportation: Crew is responsible for travel to housing. Foreman will transport crew to and from jobsites daily. (Paid Drive Time)Transportation: Foreman and Jr. Foremen will be provided company trucks 30 Days after Employment.
