Job/Practice Description:Full-time - Saginaw, MIOutpatient Internal Medicine PhysicianProvide direct primary medical care to all patients with the highest medical standards and ethics in a caring, nurturing atmosphereOutpatient practice settings with a robust employed hospitalist program in placeSeveral subspecialists are part of the medical staff, including a number of surgical specialties, and pediatric subspecialtiesWork-Life Balance: Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.Typical schedule is 4.5 days per week, with 36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours.Flexibility for a 4-day work week may be available depending on other providers.Basic clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 8 AM - 4:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) and Friday 8 AM - 12 PM, though some variability exists based on clinic and provider needs.No mandated Saturday or evening requirements at this time.Call Arrangement: Shared call arrangement with primary care colleagues (phone only).Patient Volume: Moving to a 15/30-minute schedule (from 20/40 minutes) with the ability to extend the time for patients known to take longer.Support Staff: Each physician has one dedicated Medical Assistant (MA).
