Job Description The Restaurant Scheduling Fair Workweek Specialist provides field support to Restaurant operations by ensuring compliance with Fair Workweek (FWW) requirements and other employment-related standards in select Restaurants. This role supports hiring, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, progressive discipline, separation processes, and other compliance-driven tasks. Your Impact and Responsibilities: Monitor and report on compliance metrics, including daily task completion, breaks, premium indicators, and labor law postings Review schedule warnings, outstanding payroll tasks, and other indicators to determine each Restaurant's readiness in meeting Company standards Verify that schedule publications meet required timelines and FWW criteria Manage permanent availability changes, shift pick-ups, and related updates in the scheduling system (Harri) Support Restaurant hiring by guiding Managers through the onboarding and scheduling steps for new Crewmembers in Harri Review, troubleshoot, and resolve timekeeping errors and Crewmember protests prior to payroll close Analyze FWW and premium-related trends to identify gaps and risk areas Develop and drive action plans with Operators to strengthen compliance and reduce premium exposure Conduct monthly in-Restaurant visits to assess process adherence and provide support, and respond to urgent requests as needed to support Restaurant operations Travel Requirements: Up to 50%, primarily traveling between Restaurants within the assigned market Qualifications 3+ years of experience in HR, legal, compliance, or related field within the retail, Restaurant, or hospitality industry Knowledge of Fair Workweek (FWW) requirements and experience applying them in an operations or compliance setting Experience using Harri, Workday, or related FWW scheduling or payroll systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Able to manage highly confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality Organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Operations experience in the QSR, Restaurant, or retail industry Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Starting from $81,000 to $97,000 annually plus incentiveThe total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a performance bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
