Financial Consultant Manager This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Financial Consultant Manager is responsible for leading the process of preparation and interpretation of complex financial analysis for Medicare lines of business. Has end to end ownership/management of business processes and works across functions and business departments to drive holistic and consistent solutions. How you will make an impact: Responsibilities entail monthly Close and Forecasting, as well as ad hoc analysis where traditional solutions are employed alongside AI/Chat GPT digital solutions. Focuses on business process improvement initiatives and in some departments will help to create innovative financial system solutions to minimize manual or repetitive functions. Strong financial and data analysis where experience with SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, AI/ChatGPT (digital capabilities) and Power BI/Tableau or a combination of some of these, will lead to optimal automation and analysis. Consults with and provides management with solutions and recommended actions. Provides guidance and training to less experienced team members. Conducts and documents complex financial and business-related analyses and research fields, including financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital and investment. Provides detailed analysis and reporting for leadership, working closely with company internal and external auditors, and presenting results to business partners. Works with business partners to identify and implement strategic projects that support company goals. Leads M&A and other system integration projects. Responsible for enterprise or business unit processes related to business case development, ROI analysis, cost and benefit realization and other support of the company's investments. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 6 years budgeting, forecasting, and accounting financial reporting experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Advanced working proficiency in Excel highly preferred. MBA preferred CPA, CMA, FSA and/or CFA certifications/licenses preferred. Extensive knowledge of internal business processes, data flow, controls and our financial systems preferred. Experience with SQL, Python, AI/ChatGPT (digital capabilities) and Power BI/Tableau or a combination of these is preferred. For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salaryrange for this specific position is $118,036 - $177,054.
