Amazon Fulfillment Associate

Help us succeed as our next Amazon Fulfillment Associate to maintain accurate records and documentation, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, and work collaboratively across teams and departments. Other duties include manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, along with coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, follow safety procedures and company policies, assist with processing returns and exchanges, provide excellent service to customers and team members. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
