SEASONAL SERVICE WORKER Compensation: $17 per Hour paid bi-weekly, and Health Alliance Plan (HAP) for one person. A Brief Overview The Seasonal Service worker, under the supervision of the Foreman will perform general labor duties. Seasonal employees are excluded from the bargaining unit for the duration of such appointment and shall only perform tasks assigned to employees in the AFSCME 953 bargaining unit at the entry-level. Any other duties performed must be by agreement of the parties. What you will do Cleaning vehicles Sweeping floors Push mower & weed whipping Shovel snow & disperse approved deicer by hand Pull weeds Operate walk behind snow blowers Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or Certificate of High School Equivalency Valid Driver's License and a safe, acceptable driving record. Seasonal Service Workers may operate vehicles for getting to and from work sites and carrying assigned equipment, but cannot operate motor vehicles with an attachment.
