Key Responsibilities: Direct all aspects of daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and consistent quality. Lead a team to achieve and exceed annual sales targets, with a focus on profitability and cost management. Uphold brand standards across all areas, including food preparation, customer service, and facility maintenance. Develop, coach, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Manage P&L statements, budgeting, inventory control, and labor scheduling to optimize financial results. Oversee both dine-in and drive-through service points, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction. Required Qualifications & Experience: The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of fast-paced restaurant operations and demonstrated leadership capabilities. Current or recent experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume environment. Proven track record of managing operations with annual sales of $2 million or more. Experience in QSR, fast food, or fast-casual concepts is essential. Proficiency in managing a blend of service styles, including both dine-in and drive-through operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team toward common goals. Solid financial acumen, including P&L management and budget oversight. Compensation & Benefits: Our client offers a robust compensation package designed to attract top-tier management talent. Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience. $85K + Total comp Bonus Plan: An exceptional bonus structure with significant earning potential.
