Job Description The Senior Plastics Engineer will be responsible for: Leading the design and development of plastic components and products. Overseeing the manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives in production processes. Analyzing and troubleshooting issues in plastic product designs and manufacturing. Maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Staying updated with advancements in plastics engineering technology. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Plastics Engineer should have: Strong knowledge of plastics engineering principles and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in CAD software for designing plastic components. Experience in project management within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
