As our practice grows, we are seeking Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to join our collaborative team. We offer flexible scheduling, strong administrative support, and a positive work culture designed to help clinicians focus on delivering great care without burnout. Clinicians may work in-person at our modern Braintree office, remotely via telehealth, or in a hybrid model depending on schedule and preference.Fully remote positions typically available for parttime only. Position Overview Provide psychotherapy services to adults and/or adolescents in a supportive, collaborative clinical environment. Responsibilities include: • Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans • Provide evidence-based therapy • Maintain accurate and timely documentation • Collaborate with clinical colleagues when appropriate • Maintain a caseload of 15+ client sessions per week Compensation & Benefits • Up to $70/hour based on billable services • 1099 contractor position with bonus opportunities • Override pay considered for working nights(after 6pm) and weekends • Flexible schedule - part-time or full-time options • Fully remote telehealth options available (part-time) • Hybrid work model available Additional benefits include: • Company-paid malpractice insurance • 5 Flex Days (PTO / Sick / Holiday) for clinicians working 20+ hours weekly • Higher pay for evening and weekend sessions • Full credentialing and insurance panel management • Administrative support for scheduling and billing • Marketing support to build your caseload • All equipment provided (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse) • IT support • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership Required Qualifications Applicants must hold one of the following Massachusetts licenses (or be eligible): • LMHC - Licensed Mental Health Counselor • LMFT - Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist • LICSW - Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Ideal Candidate We are looking for clinicians who are: • Experienced providing therapy to adults and/or adolescents • Skilled in diagnostic assessment and treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth platforms • Organized with timely documentation • Collaborative and team-oriented • Interested in a supportive private practice environment Preference for clinicians able to work at least one day per week in our Braintree office, though fully remote part-time positions are available.
