Monthly Employee Engagement Activities Who you are: High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in health services or a related field preferred Minimum one (1) year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service delivery Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with residents, families, and staff- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, Fair Housing Act, and ADA guidelines Job Summary: The Guest Services & Admissions Coordinator is responsible for coordinating hospitality services for guests and residents while assisting the Admissions team with new resident admissions. This position plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming, supportive, and positive experience for residents, families, and visitors. The coordinator works closely with interdisciplinary team members to address concerns, improve service quality, and ensure smooth transitions for new residents. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills to maintain a high standard of hospitality and service excellence. Essential Job Duties: Welcomes all new residents and family members and provides orientation to services, amenities, and expectations during the first 24-48 hours of admission Regularly checks in with new residents and their families during the first 5-7 days to ensure a positive experience Communicates resident and family feedback to the interdisciplinary team to help ensure a smooth transition and high-quality service Works with the admissions team to ensure completion of admission contracts, consent forms, and required documentation within 48 hours Ensures insurance information and documentation are collected and maintained Assists the Admissions Director and Community Liaison with tours and admissions processes as needed Coordinates hospitality services requested by residents and guests Manages difficult or emotional customer situations and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner Responds to guest requests while maintaining privacy, dignity, and confidentiality Coordinates room changes and resident moves within the community Maintains knowledge and proper use of standard precautions and safety procedures Supports a person-centered care model that promotes residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being Attends required training sessions and meetings Performs other duties as assigned When you enter a community managed by Life Care Services, you'll immediately feel the warmth of our Hospitality Promises: We greet you warmly, by name and with a smile. Rate of Pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hr All Employees must be able to pass background checks (fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, employment references) as required by a licensed residential care facility.
