Job Title: RN - Home HealthRate: Up to $2350.00 weeklyLocation: West Bridgewater MA8 Hour DaysQualifications & Requirements:Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Experience Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience. Skills requirement: All professions must be proficient with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and have used it within the last 6 months. If they have used it outside of the last 6 months, they may apply but will be required to take a retraining course during compliance. Licenses/Certifications Current licensure in the state of employment. AHA BLS certification required. Key Responsibilities • Ensure compliance with state guidelines and policies and identify potential issues and propose corrective actions. • Maintain accurate records and statistics, including staffing levels, inventory, and patient care. • Maintain a professional and high standard of patient care and attend institutional staff meetings as directed.
