Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Pay Rate: $20 per hour + $1.50/hr shift differential (applies every night - weekdays & weekends) About Pyramid Healthcare Pyramid Healthcare is a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health services, providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and co-occurring disorders. Our new adult residential detox program in Concord, MA supports adult clients at the earliest and most critical stage of recovery. This program offers structured, 24/7 therapeutic support in a safe healing environment. Position Summary We are seeking reliable and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians / Recovery Support Specialists for our overnight residential detox program serving adult clients with SUD and co-occurring behavioral health disorders. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential treatment environment overnight. You will monitor client safety, support recovery routines, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality care during the detox stabilization process. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support adult clients in a residential detox setting throughout the night Perform routine safety and wellness checks in accordance with behavioral health protocols Assist with admissions, orientation, and room checks as needed Observe and document client behavior, symptoms, and interactions in EMR/shift logs Provide supportive interactions to individuals experiencing SUD withdrawal and co-occurring disorders Respond appropriately to behavioral or medical concerns and notify nursing/clinical staff Maintain structured overnight routines and therapeutic milieu Assist with medication lines under nursing supervision Ensure facility safety, cleanliness, and adherence to treatment schedules Support crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary Qualifications Preferred: High school diploma or GED Preferred: Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, detox, SUD treatment, or recovery support Minimum age requirement: 18 years old Why Join Pyramid Healthcare?
