Controller Salary: $130-170k + bonus Our client, a local manufacturing organization that is actively looking at M&A opportunities, is currently seeking a Controller to join their team. Base + bonus, 9 holidays, 3% profit share, 401k contribution Key Responsibilities of this Controller role: Lead the month-end close for multiple locations and ensure GAAPcompliant financial statements and consolidated reporting. Maintain and strengthen internal controls and standardize accounting processes company wide. Oversee standard costing, cost rollups, and cost updates across all plants. Analyze multisite production variances (labor, material, overhead). Manage inventory valuation for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods across locations and lead cycle counts and physical inventory at each facility. Partner with plant leadership to improve cost visibility and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with statespecific tax, payroll, and regulatory requirements. Support capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis for multiple facilities. Collaborate with supply chain, production, and engineering to optimize operations. Additional tasks as assigned. What they want to see the Controller bring: BS Accounting Manufacturing industry experience, with M&A experience as a plus.
