Lead AEM Engineer (x3) - Native Mobile CO

Centene Lead Experience Platform Engineer Remote Contract until the end of the year (long term extension is probable) Interview Process: Technical interview with Centene team Functional interview with product team Purpose: Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for the Experience Platform (XP) team, ensuring scalable and consistent delivery of customer facing experiences, especially during the transition of the current lead into a strategic role. Responsibilities: Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership for the XP team. Own and evolve engineering structures and practices previously led by the outgoing lead. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent feature delivery and scalability. Support and mentor engineers on the team. Day-to-Day Tasks: Guide the team on architectural decisions and best practices. Review and approve pull requests for quality and consistency. Plan and scope features with product and design teams. Maintain and evolve shared engineering frameworks. Participate in sprint planning and roadmap discussions. Troubleshoot complex issues in the AEM-based platform. Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth delivery. Tech Stack: Full stack background in java script, node, typescript Architectural mindset, system thinking mindset.
