Job Description Join Our Team as an Interventional Radiology Radiology / Cardiology Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Radiology / Cardiology professional to play a vital role in delivering advanced imaging and interventional procedures. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, providing critical care to adult and geriatric patients. In this role, you will perform a variety of neuro and body procedures including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, biopsies, drainages, and vascular studies, utilizing Siemens and Phillips equipment. You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring top-quality patient care through precise imaging and intervention techniques. Required Skills: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology or Cardiology Prior traveler experience required (not suitable for first-time travelers) Neuro experience essential, with inpatient hospital exposure Proficiency with PACS, contrast administration, and all IR procedures listed Experience with Siemens and Phillips X-ray equipment Certifications: BLS and ARRT (Advanced Cert preferred) Ability to handle high patient case load (13-17 cases daily) Knowledge of neuro (including stroke intervention) and body procedures Nice to Have Skills: ARRT Advanced Certification EPIC and McKesson experience Outpatient, OR, ER, Level I trauma, or community hospital background Experience with ablations and specialized procedures Preferred Education and Experience: Certification as ARRT (Advanced preferred) At least 1 year of relevant interventional imaging experience Proven adaptability in diverse hospital settings, including teaching hospitals Other Requirements: Shift: First shift (07:00 - 17:00) with staggered start times Rotation includes weekends and evenings/nights on-call Weekly schedule: 10 hours/day, Monday to Friday Compliance with hospital orientation during the first week Availability for daily classes during orientation Travel reimbursement applicable This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your skills and make a significant impact in patient care.
