OverviewWeekend CNA Grandview is seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on the weekend shift. The Weekend CNA will provide direct resident care, support daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for our residents. This position is ideal for a CNA looking for a consistent weekend schedule with a collaborative nursing team in a skilled nursing/rehabilitation setting. QualificationsActive Connecticut CNA certification in good standing Current CPR certification preferred Previous long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively Reliable attendance and strong work ethic ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to the nurse promptly Provide mobility assistance, including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation, using proper safety techniques Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Respond to call lights promptly and courteously Support infection control and safety procedures Promote residents' dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being
