Job Description

Performing annual customer protection reviews and making recommendations for coverage enhancements. Helping with claim processing and resolution. Builds rapport with each customer. Listens to customers' requests and inquiries. Works to retain policyholders who inquire about canceling through open listening, policy review of customer issues, and escalation to the appropriate team if necessary. Processes policyholder transactions accurately. Understands aspects of billing systems as it pertains to policy coverage. Identifies and communicates transactions and impact to policy premium. Develops and maintains product, procedural and technical systems knowledge. Completes licensing and continuing education requirements. Prepare insurance forms/documents (identification cards, certificates, endorsements, schedules, etc.). Perform other related support duties as requested, such as answering phones, processing mail, assisting customers, scanning, photocopying Being a team player to help grow and retain revenue for the agency. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
