The Opportunity As a Folder Gluer Feeder/Packer, you play a key role in ensuring that diecut blanks are accurately fed into the foldergluer and that finished folding cartons are correctly packed into corrugated cases. Your work directly supports production flow, product quality, and ontime order fulfillment while maintaining cleanliness and safety in your work area. How You Will Impact Smurfit WestRock Feed diecut blanks into the foldergluer and pack finished cartons into cases to meet order requirements. Visually inspect cartons for printing, diecutting, and gluing defects throughout the feeding and packing process. Verify case counts in coordination with the Quality department. Participate in lineclearance procedures after each item run is completed. Support other areas as needed, including QA sorting and flatpacking. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and quality goals. What You Need to Succeed Ability to read and understand basic instructions. Ability to pass a colorvision test. Basic math skills including addition and subtraction. Good attendance and reliability. Ability to identify and report quality issues. Willingness to work overtime as needed, including during peak production periods. Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 10 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
