ER RNs are needed at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital New Brunswick!RWJ FacilityRequirements: - Minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience (Will accept 1 year of experience at a Level 1 trauma facility) - Active RN License - Current AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications -Preferred CPI, MAB, PALS, TNCC - Will Float to ED Holding - Combined Adult/Pedi Emergency Department, Trauma patients - Level 1 - Proficiency with IV Therapy, Respiratory, Interpretations/Management of Dysrhythmias, Neuro Trauma, TBI, CVA, Psychiatric, CIWA - Patient Mix: infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents - 2 clinical references, at least 1 leadership reference from assignments within the last year - RNs MUST complete de-escalation training -Course isplus tax Must be dedicated to getting into the lab and completing compliance asapShift Details: - Shift Times: 0700-1930 Orientation Details: 1 day computer training at home, 2nd day on-unit @ 7a Additional Details: - Charting system: Epic - required - Scrubs color: Navy Blue - Patient Ratio- 1:5-6 - 1 year separation for previous staff - Parking is free in unassigned spots - Clinicians can only pick up 2-shifts per week maximum -Please be aware of sub review turnaround time could take 1-2 weeks!
