We're seeking a dependable Restoration Technician to support restoration projects through demolition, cleanup, equipment setup, and consistent, high-quality fieldwork. Primary ResponsibilitiesProduction & Field Work • Perform production processes, demolition, and other labor-intensive tasks • Prepare rooms and areas for work activities, including staging and equipment setup • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, equipment, and jobsite appearance • Inventory and load equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project • Follow all safety and risk-management guidelines Communication & Job Execution • Communicate with supervisors and teammates to maintain efficient workflow • Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown • Other duties as assigned RequirementsExperience & Skill Set • Effective oral communication and basic math/computer skills • Experience in cleaning or restoration preferred • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistance • Ability to work in varying conditions, including tight spaces and physically demanding tasks Education & Credentials • High school diploma or GED required • IICRC certifications preferred • Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits • Starting at $15.00/hour, based on experience • Opportunities for overtime • Pay increases based on merit • Training and development opportunities, including industry certifications Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
