Employment: Full-Time | Direct Hire Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare organization supporting Home Infusion and Urgent Care sites across Greater Boston (170 employees, 150% growth in the past 12 months). They are seeking a hands-on recruiting leader to manage 10-20 active requisitions while building scalable talent acquisition infrastructure. What You'll Do • Lead full-cycle hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles • Partner with executive and operational leadership on workforce planning • Build campus and grassroots recruiting pipelines • Source, screen, negotiate, and close candidates • Track recruiting metrics and ensure compliance What You Bring • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience • Experience building campus or grassroots recruiting programs • Strong sourcing and closing skills • Must have healthcare staffing experience (not corporate-only environments) • ATS and recruitment reporting experience
