Clinical Dietitian (RD) - Optalis Health & RehabilitationFull-Time (Riverview) Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Clinical Dietitianto support the nutritional services delivery for our care centers. In this role, you will oversee and complete all clinical nutrition documentation and care utilizing the Nutrition Care Process, MDS nutritional assessments, care plans and progress notes. Will serve as part of the Interdisciplinary Team and will be expected to assist the Dining Services Manager, Administrator and the Director of Nutrition and Dining Services in improving the nutrition status of all residents. This position will be based out of our Riverview Care Center in Columbus, Ohio but will be assigned multiple locations within the company's group of communities.
