Application Programmer

Title:Application Programmer Location: Pennington ,NJ Position Type: Contract Compensation Pay Range:$40.94-$58.49 Per Hr Description Provide technical and business support for multiple applications. Manage incidents, releases, and various projects. Monitor and manage production environments proactively. Automate and build scripts to address critical business needs. Perform software releases and post-release testing. Work requires weekend or after-hours availability for critical business initiatives. Key Responsibilities Deliver support for margin and risk control batches. Resolve complex technical issues related to applications, networks, and workstations. Respond to user inquiries within the service level agreement timeframe. Collaborate with technology staff and end users for support-related issues. Document support policies and procedures thoroughly. Ensure continuity and quality across platforms by resolving issues and escalating as needed. Qualifications Experience in production support. Strong communication skills. Proficient in UNIX systems. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
