About the job Forklift/Material handler Pay: $21.00 per hour Job description: Job Title: Warehouse Associate Sit-Down Forklift Operator Location: Cranbury, NJ 08512 Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Starting at $21.00/hour, with an increase to $24.00/hour Schedule: Sunday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Saturdays off; overtime available) Job Description We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced team in Cranbury, NJ. BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH is a must. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a high-volume, physically demanding environment. You'll be operating a sit-down forklift to assist with the movement of materials and products throughout the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and move inventory Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment Maintain clean and organized workspaces Perform inventory counts and verify shipping documents Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures Lift, move, and stack materials weighing 40-70 lbs regularly Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals in a fast-paced environment Qualifications 1+ year of forklift operation experience (sit-down preferred) Ability to lift 40-70 lbs consistently throughout the shift Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality Must be able to work Sunday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed Preferred Qualifications OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Previous warehouse or distribution center experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive starting pay: $21.00/hour, increasing to $24.00/hour after probationary period.
