Job Description

We currently service Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Howard County. We are looking to bring on talented and passionate team members to work in the Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Howard County areas. Team members will occasionally be expected to provide services in our center located in Windsor Mill as well. We are looking to bring on talented and passionate team members to work in the Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Howard County areas. Team members will occasionally be expected to provide services in our center located in Windsor Mill as well. 2 EVENINGS PER WEEK AVAILABILITY REQUIRED Job Duties: Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients in individual sessions. Adhere to and support the company's policies and procedures. Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans. Collect and graph data as instructed. Complete daily notes (related to implementation of the treatment plan) as instructed. Support the family and other caregivers in implementing the behavioral support strategies in the plan and collecting data. Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Additional Requirements: Ability to work after 5 pm on weekdays (ideally 4-6:30p or 5-7:30p) Weekend availability required (Saturday 9a-2p) Will require ability to reliably commute to our center (located in Baltimore County, MD) as well as to various clients' homes located in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Howard County Ability to lift 25 lbs Ability to run, jump, sit, stand, with or without accommodation Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal history background check Satisfactory reference checks Must pass tuberculosis test Reliable mode of transportation Benefits of working for our dynamic, family-centered organization: Engage in meaningful work, impacting the lives of your clients!
